Design a grid for a magazine for iPad. End result in PDF (iPad size).

Pick five important magazine articles, copy their content (OCR text) and re-arrange it for iPad format (portrait and landscape). Make a homepage with parts of all 5 articles and at least one follow up page with one complete article.

Do this in InDesign and remember - and practise - what we discussed about:

– lettertypes

– type sizes

– leading

– tracking (letter spacing)

– kerning

– alignments*

– upper and lower case

– grids

– typography hierarchy
– user interface hierarchy

– You can either choose to do an iPad version for an existing magazine or think up a new one

Do some research about magazines that already have an iPad version.
